Well made, well designed
Tried a lot of different pack before I found this one. This is well made, and designed for the urban commuter, everything is easy to get to, laptop is well protected. This product is ideal for work.

Great backpack, well made, plenty of space
I have been looking for a comfortable backpack that I can wear for long periods and that can keep my laptop safe. This one meets all my expectations and then some. The build quality is great, the large open compartment allows me to use this for both business as well as a daypack when needed. The pockets are well thought out and are great for organizing everything. Overall, I am extremely happy with it.

READ UPDATE: Back is lightweight especially if you have muscle issues
UPDATE 7/6/23: NOT WATERPROOF. We had a scattered thunderstorms and everything was WET. This bag would be food for a light rain...a drizzle. Water did seep through the zipper seams. I still wish I could access my water bottle and umbrella from the sides as opposed to the inside of the bag. This would be more convenient and ideal. The bag also doesn't stay sitting up own its own with a laptop and tech bag in the main space, which is a bummer.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I carried my 14" Lenovo laptop; tech bag with cables, adapters, external hard drive, thumb drives, and keys; pens; wallet; reading glasses and shades; and travel lotion. Oh, and a DearPark water and it was still lightweight compared to my ither backpacks. Also, my 38oz Yetti doesn't fit on the side but does in the main compartment which does weigh the bag down some.I carried the bag without my laptop and carried my iPad mini and keyboard with the above items and it was still lightweight but once my fibromyalgia inflamed the bag became heavy but not as heavy as my target backpack or other backpacks from Amazon.I didn't receive the extra velcro tag for the front of the backpack. Also, if you place items in the side compartments the water bottle will not fit properly. The front zipper pocket is so narrow it's hard to get my hand in to place/remove my business card holders. The top lined pocket I put my reading glasses, and phone, and mints for easy access.I do have problems re-zipping the main compartment with one hand because the zipper buckles like it doesn't want to catch so I have to place the bag down to zippen it completely.I will keep the bag because of the separate laptop compartment and the fact that it doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the bag AND because I used it for a week.I cannot comment on the waterproofing but I will update you once I have or if any issues arise. At the moment I do recommend the bag.

Great for a short time
Backpack looks sleek and looks great but stops about there. Both zippers for the main pocket failed after 6 months of everyday use- for a bag that’s $100+ that’s unacceptable.Edit:UAG replaced my bag free of charge under warranty, won’t be using new one so heavily now

Impressive
When I opened the box my first thought was. This is huge! And yeah it’s pretty big which is great because you can literally put a ton of stuff inside. It has a bunch of pockets where you can put all kids of stuff. I work as a production manager for a Roofing company and I’m always concerned about my Mac security. Something I really liked was that where you put the computer on the pocket doesn’t go to the bottom of the bag and that it’s great because if you let the bag fall it will never hit the computer.I this was a great purchase and 100% worth the money.Btw it has two tags that you can change, you can see it in the second picture.

Good, but not perfect
So I waited months to write this review. I like this bag, but it could be better. The Good- looks great. I get compliments on the black camo all the time. Comfort, I've never had a more comfortable back pack. I think it's actually improved my posture. Sturdy, doesn't pull on you or dog into your shoulders. Size is good, but a double edged sword so I out that here and will also put it in the bad. Lastly, i read comments saying it wasnt very durable and didnt do well in inclement weather. I have to wonder what these consumers are doing with this bag. I live in central florida and have had this bag since the fall of last year. So the end of hurricane season, winter (it does get cold here ), the insane spring season, and now heading back into summer. This bag still looks like it did the day It arrived on my doorstep. When it rains nothing in my bag is wet at all. I keep my ipad, nintendo switch, earbuds, portable batteries, folders, paper documents from work, everything. Nothing has got wet.The badSize. So going back to my point earlier, the size is a little deceiving. I ordered the bigger bag and for me it still wasnt big enough. It's big, but for the price tag and the descriptions I thought this thing was massive and it's not.The most annoying pocket is the one on the very top. I'm quick to just drop things in there and that pouch drops into the main part of the bag. The more you fill it the lower it goes making it difficult to reach the items you put in the main areas of the bag. I'll add a video of this later. You have to unzip the entire side zipper most of the time and it's an annoyance, but not a deal breaker.Price. When I bought this it was $100 I think it's worth about $60/70. If it wasnt for it being smaller than it looks and that top pouch it would be the perfect backpack
