This is a no brainer. I have searched so many waist trainers and thrown them to the side because they were uncomfortable. This one will not snatch you in but it gently supports you. You definitely sweat and your abdominal area looks great once you remove it after a workout. This is so gentle that you could definitely keep it on all day without thinking about it. It’s non-constricting, supports your abdominal fat, pulls you in very gently and non discreetly and is very comfortable. The only draw back is it isn’t as long as it appears in the pictures and I have a very short waist line. Overall... I’m very satisfied!

I wanted something not too thick so I can sleep in and this worked. Easily put on, did the job. I put belly fat burner cream on and wait for it to dry before put this on so it won't be to difficult. Hopefully if I doing it right to help get rid of my belly fat

Ok. Not being mean.. But this isnt the right material to sweat.. Garbage bag works better. I was actually dissapointed

Fits great, shrunk because of washing. It stayed in place during hard training. Would buy again.

Dude en comprar la faja por los comentarios que había visto y me he llevado una gran sorpresa positivamente ya que va genial !!no cuesta nada de poner queda súper ajustada y sudas muchísimo no se enrolla,no se mueve, no se marca con la ropa de deporte justo lo que buscaba!! el tallaje es pequeño yo hago una S/38 y me quedé una L que me va perfecta.👌🏻

Das taugt leider nichts.Das anziehen ok muss man mögen.Ist halt recht eng und muss man halt von den Füßen aus hoch ziehen.Problem aber ist eher von schwitzen merkt man da eher nichts. Also ich habe auch ein Gürtel da wird es schnell warm und man fängt an zu schwitzen, doch hier war gar nichts.

Not ideal for getting it on or off and easily stretched out of shape which also makes it less effective also the dye ran out of it and ruined my shirt. I do like that it’s so thin you can’t see it under your workout clothes.

The trim on the edge of the item came off with any small adjustment. Does not stay up as anticipated.
