I bought this soap to use as a shaving soap more than a bath soap. Saw the natural ingredients and was very impressed with it. And made in my city so even more interesting.Yes, it is expensive. Hand made and imported from India.Was interested in this soap even more because of the fragrance - frankincense. Very faint fragrance of frankincense. That put me off. My benchmark of frankincense is Fabindia roll-on Frankincense oilTried to use as a shaving soap. It lathered but the lather did not last at all. Lathered up and picked my razor loaded with blade, lather gone!!! I cannot use it for shaving so loses one star.Now to use as a bath soap - the size is a bit large for handling. So cut it in half. The soap is good for bathing though the scent is too mild. The soap is very moisturizing. My skin is pretty dry. I haven't used moisturizing cream for a week now after bathing with this soap. That is the best thing about this soap.For the frankincense scent or for shaving it is not meeting what I expected.

This soap was wonderful, I tried it and loved it so bought multiple bars. Unfortunately, the second batch I received smelt bitter/rancid (batch with the label X0015Y3CEJ). Of the 4 bars I have bought, 2 have been good.

Haven't been using any soap bars for a while. Got to know of this product from a colleague and decided to try it given the tall claims around being fully organic. It took me a while to get used to it, but after nearly a month of use I am extremley please with the products performance. My skin feels supple, fresh and energized overall. Hope this quality focus prevails over financial considerations even in future.Concerns: Slightly expensive; stronger/ lingering scents may be helpful for men

Did have a pleasant lemongrass fragance and feel fresh effect after use. Lathers well. Convenient size and lasted pretty long. Delivered earlier than I expected. Would definitely like to try the other scented ones...

One of the best handmade frankincense Castile soaps I’ve used. The lather was perfect, the scent could have been a little stronger, (wish there was an option for those of us who love a stronger smell to purchase it)- I bought it to combat my dry skin and help with a slight breakout. Cleared it right up!I will be purchasing more, if the seller sees this, can you make some orange, clove, patchouli ones for me?? *insert big big smiles* I can’t find anything like that and want some!!Highly recommend these soaps!
