I bought this to try as I suffer from chilblains every winter. I got it while the weather was still cold and when I thought I would’ve gotten chilblain, I didn’t. I’m looking forward to next winter to really see. If it does help with circulation then I’m hoping it does the job. In the meantime it looks like a nice bracelet
