quality is ok
material quality is ok for baking preparation. its solid on the table, and gives a great base for prepping bread dough. I did not use it in the oven yet, for baking on a tray, which anyhow its too big for my oven, with 60x40, I would need a smaller size for baking. but for using on the table to prepare, its great.

Great for bakers!
Loved it! The material is good and forms a vacuum with the kitchen counter thus very easy to work on. The markings for measurement is very helpful for cutting pastry rolls and wraps. Also good for Indian chapati to roll on and mix dough. Easy to wash.
