しゃぶしゃぶ・すき焼きには良い
鍋底が広いが鍋が浅く、寄せ鍋などは汁に浸かりにくい。なので、しゃぶしゃぶや、すき焼きには良い。火力窓が小さくて見えにくいバージョンなのは分かった上でコスト重視で購入したが、弱火にした時に消えてしまっていたのに気付きにくいのは、少し困る。鍋は軽いので、食事後にすぐ冷めてくれるし、洗いやすいので、土鍋を片付けるより格段ラク。
