Dead at First Sight

Excellent read.

I have read so far 15 Roy Grace books, shame not all in proper order, but I find them interesting to read. They all tell a great story of crime and how Roy and his team go about apprehending the bad guys. This tale of internet romance fraud/scam was a winner. It tells how the victim gets hooked/line and in most cases suckered out of their money/life finances. Roy and his team go about getting the bad guys and trying to prevent any more losses. Most of the chapters are short in spots and in others a bit longer, this book really grabbed me in and I had a hard time putting it down. For the fans of Roy Grace this will be a welcome tale, and perhaps those in the need of tale of British cops and robbers this might interest you as well. Will be waiting for the next 1 to buy.

There are a lot of strands to this story and it is important to read it slowly so that you appreciate all the different characters.It is well written and it is difficult to put down. Probably best to read a big chunk at a time otherwise you tend to lose the plot. I found it a most enjoyable read and typical of other books written by Peter James. It is lovely to be able to relate to an area in the UK and not have the action in USA where the areas are often a mystery to me.
