It works but wish it was even stronger
The product does as it states but it gets expensive to use when there’s a high water table where you live and a high concentration of iron in the ground.

One of those miracle products
This is a product that works exactly as intended, every time. I have a lot of problems with iron in our well water here in Minnesota. This does a nice job battling the iron and minerals in my iron scrubber system and water softener. It dissolves iron off of my screen pre-filter and housing. The price point on this is good. My only criticism of the product is that when it does hit water and begins to activate, it releases a fume that hurts the lungs to breathe. So, dump it in and contain it in the salt reservoir, open a window or get out of the area. that’s just my experience. I’ve been using Iron Out for about 25 years.
