It is so hard to find an all in one solution that includes vitamins, minerals, Omegas, AND super-foods! For that fact alone, it is worth the hefty price. I LOVE that this has just about everything in it. I do give my kids an additional calcium supplement each day since they do not drink milk and an additional pre-/probiotic each day in addition to this multi.I have read a number of posts about how kids have a hard time drinking it because of the taste. My kids (4 and 7 yr olds) are VERY picky when it comes to foods and smells. Because of this, they do not eat as healthy as I would like. For them, it took some time to figure out the right juice flavor and ratio for them. That might be the same for your kids. As with other supplements that I've tried with my kids: some they like - some they don't. If you can't get them to eat them, then it doesn't do them any good, right?! However, I would suggest is to give this one a fair try by mixing it in various medias (applesauce, various juice flavors, etc.) to figure out what works with your kids. It is worth it! My kids have now started asking it for each day! Yay!So, what worked for us was 2 Tbs of this multi, about 2/3 cup Mango Peach juice, and about 1/8 cup water. I will say that having a liquid form of supplement is not as convenient as having a gummy or tablet, but this is worth the extra couple of minutes each day to know that they are getting what their bodies need. I have found that peach applesauce can also work well. For my kids, peach flavors pair well with the taste of this multi.Oh! Also, we have reusable silly straws that we reserve only for "vitamin juice". It gives them a little something extra to look forward to in drinking the juice. Since the vitamins slowly sink to the bottom, it also ensures they are getting the maximum of vitamins and not just the juice. Whatever works, right?! Haha!

My three almost four year old does not like the taste of it and I noticed a tends to be a little bit chalky if it sits for too long.. I've had success mixing this with apple juice or mango juice. As long as it is a slightly sweeter juice on mixing he usually drinks at fairly quickly. He tends to be a picky eater so it's been hard to get him to eat a full serving of vegetables and fruits and sometimes even fish. He also has some constipation from his irregular diet habit so this helps balance his eating habits as well as giving him the vitamins and nutrients he needs for how fast he's growing.

I read some of the reviews and was nervous about the taste. But after researching a TON of multivitamins this one really stood out so I decided to give it a go. My kids don't mind the taste at all, my daughter doesn't love it but she drinks it. My only complaint is the cost, it's a little painful to spend $60 a month on vitamins for three kids. But I wanted something great to get us through the cold/flu/strep season. Knock on wood but so far they haven't gotten the usual rounds of illnesses.

My 6 year old has ADHD.... he also used to get headaches which the neurologist I took him to said is likely from low magnesium, he is a picky eater and doesn't eat a lot so this makes sense.... this supplement has mag and has actually made a difference in his behavior ... this will never work as well a ADHD meds of course but for a supplement I'm very impressed....he actually is calmer!!!.... since starting he has had no other complaints such as headache and stomach ache.... I saw a difference after about 6 weeks of taking so give it time as with all supplements

This product is wonderful and has helped me and my adhd Asperger's child. It tastes awful even when diluted in juice. We chug it like a shot and then follow with water. I and my child are much calmer, it helps with our dry skin and we sleep very well. Take it at night.

This seems to be helping my 4 year olds mood swings. He wasn’t a fan of the taste at first so we used some bribery, had him drink a sip of it with a sip of water or juice till we got it down then would get a special snack after it was done. The first week it took about 10 min to drink it down. But now he takes it in a shot glass with no bribery at all. I think he knows it’s helping too. Tried mixing with juice but was too much to get him to drink down we did better drinking it straight.

nothing helps my kids sleep better than this gross sludge. It has the highest dosage of EPA and DHA. It is especially unique in its high ratio of EPA to DHA where most products have much less EPA which is the more important chemical. My kid sleeps through the night with this stuff and being off it for more than a couple of days causes him frequent wake ups in the middle of the night. It is a high maintenance product susceptible to heat ad light and its thick enough to cause the gag reflex! but we find almost no other alternative. we tried smarty pants but that would have required ten or fifteen pieces, enough to cause diarrhea!

I use this in my sons blended food. It is very hard to find vitamins that are liquid. Tube for children obviously cannot eat vitamins so it’s important to find a good vitamins like this that are balanced and help us to keep our child healthy even though he does not eat it by mouth. It taste good although it doesn’t really matter in our case. I love the fact that it is very soluble and does not clog any of my sons feeding equipment. Always arrives on time and in good condition. The only thing that I wish is that we could get this on a subscription
