Not feelin' ruff no more!
I have suffered from dandruff since puberty. I have used H&Ss (or rather store own brand alternatives) for 15 years now. They worked, but if I missed a day, the next day was spent in my own personal itchy blizzard. Then I had an epiphany. All those chemicals on my head EVERY DAY are probably doing more harm than good. So I took a punt on this. Loaded with natural oils and lovely smelling stuff this is the polar opposite of 'cooked in vats, mass produced chemical goop'.The first time I used it I used WAAAAAY too much. I practically drowned in lather. I quickly learning that for my hair I only need rub this bar of herby gloriousness on my head for a brief 4 circles to get the perfect amount. My hair feels the cleanest it ever has. It smells amazing. My dandruff is gone. Doesn't come back for days (I shower every day anyway, but it's nice to know I don't HAVE to). I cannot recommend this highly enough. And I know what's holding you back, I hear you crying - "but Steve, It's seven hundred pennies for some shampoo?!" Yeah, cheap it's not. But at my early projections (amazon wouldn't let me upload the chart) this will last for freaking ages. AND THERE'S NO PLASTIC!Mind blown. Hair clean.

Great alternative to regular shampoo
Love the simple cardboard box it comes in. The bar is lightly scented and dead easy to use - just wet your hair and rub the bar in your hair. You only have to do it for a few seconds as it suds up quickly - then work the suds in like any other shampoo. When you're done, rinse well - your hair will be squeaky clean - pull your hair, it it squeaks you've rinsed it out ok. Lasts for ages. Needs a dish or some such to store it in really but so much better for the environment than using plastic bottle after plastic bottle of God knows how many chemicals. And it gets my hair as clean as anything else ever does, so no down sides at all. This will do nicely from now on.EDITED in Mid October to add - that bar is still going! Will be ordering a new one for when this finally goes in a couple of weeks time.

Leaves a residue!
I have fine wavy hair, that suffers from being dry. So I thought a shampoo bar with jojoba oil in it would be good for it.However, it leaves a horrible residue on my hair - which is only noticeable once my hair has been dried (air or heat dried it's the same result). When rinsing my hair in the shower, after shampooing, my hair feels squeaky clean but that's not the case.A waste of money!

Avoid! A sticky clump that will leave your hair oily
Arrived wrapped in plastic which immediately put me off. Came in a cardboard container so if this was better designed would eradicate the need for the plastic. Smell wasn't the most pleasant. Smelt very medical. 1st wash left my hair oily despite rinsing very well (I had read reviews which also warnes of this so I ensured i rinsed well) 2nd wash I decided to rub it in my hands and then apply to hair to avoid previous problem. Also found that the bar was very sticky at this point as though it had been left submerged. I keep my shampoo bars on a stone bed so the drain and dry well between uses.3rd use the shampoo bar was a stinky clump that disintegrated when handled. This product is the worst I have ever used. A complete waste of money and I will be perusing a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Wouldn’t recommend
Best thing about his product is it smells nice, it doesn’t wash like normal shampoo made my hair straw like and was horrible to touch when dry. Took quite a few washes to get the feeling of straw from my hair and not touched it since. My family used it as well and they had the same thoughts on the soap
