Not sealed box, not clean. Yet, the product is good, easy charging and smooth in writing
First the box is not clean and have stain on it. Second, it is not sealed. What i liked in iPen is quickly charged, smooth in writing and no need to connect via bluetooth.

Not working properly
Product delivered in just one day in a perfect condition, just like the original picture which is awesome, however the downside that it is not working properly on iPad Air 5th generation, and cracking on iPhone even after fully chargingI bought it for starting to take notes using a pen, but unfortunately I had to return it back

my iPad and iPhone do not recognise it well
at first it seemed only slow on my iPad mini 2nd generation.on my iPhone also. half the lines I design are not shown, then it started to be not recognised, the rubber head is destroyed in less than a month. Now it does not even turn on.I do not suggest it all all.

X1 active stylus pen
The pen works as described, one problem, the pen was supposed to come with 4 additional rubber tips these were missing.

A pen that works with iPhone, iPad, and iWatch!
Great Pen! Being a person with big hands it helps me typing my text messages. Not only does it work with my phone and iPad, it works on my watch as well. Would highly recommended this pen to anyone!

Unreliable
What I liked:+It's easy to use. No pairing. Just click on the top and it's ready to use.+Nice pen-like tip (instead of disc on a tip).+Less fragile than styluses with discs on their tips.+Has a clip to fasten to shirt pocket or lanyard.+It can be turned off so that you can just point at or touch items on the screen without activating or changing anything (an unexpected usefulness). What I didn't like:-It feels too light and gives the impression of being fragile. Time will tell.-Needs to be charged. Other styluses (with discs on the tips) can write without a battery or a need to charge.-Charging adapter not integrated to X1 stylus. Why not?-Charging must be done on a flat surface to maintain good magnetic connection.-After using it a bit, I realize it glitches. Specifically, while I’m drawing in Procreate app on iPad, it will suddenly undo whatever line I’ve just drawn. Very frustrating. I know it’s not the app or the iPad because I tried it with a Dimples Excel stylus and didn’t have that problem. The iPens X is, therefore, disappointingly unreliable.I bought this stylus because I got used to the Apple Pencil tip. (I dropped my Apple Pencil in water! Argh!) And though I wish the iPens X1 had pressure sensitivity (I can live without it), I really, really wished it had palm rejection. For drawing comfort, palm rejection is a must. I will eventually buy the Apple Pencil again (or an excellent clone), but this will do for now because it has a tip without a disc. It does what I bought it for but it does so UNRELIABLY. Gloves help with palm rejection.

Head fell off and was lost
I thought the iPens XT performed well for the money in the little time I spent with it. However, when I went to remove it from my iPad case the other day, I found what the user manual calls the "head" (the small part that screws onto the end of the pencil in order to keep the rubber tip on) was missing. I had never changed the tip and therefore never had occasion to unscrew the head. It must not have been screwed on tight at the factory, because somewhere in my travels it fell off and is now lost. I went to iPens.com, but there seems to be no way to contact them to order a replacement head. If iPens reads this review, I wish they would leave a message regarding how to solve this problem.
