Added to my Spibelt
I had purchased a spibelt in the past and have progressed in my running to the point where I needed extra hydration on my runs. This seemed like a good option as it can just slide onto my spibelt. One holds enough for a 4 mile run for me, which is fine, and two would be fine for a longer run, but it does get a bit heavy for my very stretchy spibelt. I've found that placing the spibelt just above the widest part of my hips help (not on the waist as it's very bouncy/sloshy there and moves a lot) - So right now I'm just working with one snapflask at a time and a handheld (Nathan's)... although I'm thinking of graduating to a minimal hydration pack vest (something like the Hydrapak E-Lite Vest [...] ) Still, I like it to have on my belt, even as a drink of water for my thirsty dog who occasionally runs with me.Update 7/2013:I no longer use these amphipods. I still use my Spibelt for holding on to valuables (id, card, cell phone), but the weight on my hips just kind of bothered me and occasionally got in the way of my swinging arms. It's not too bad, but just to get rid of that little annoyance helped me focus on my running. I now use a Nathan 028 minimal vest with a 1.4L bladder insert. I would highly suggest going into a sports store (I like the Sports Basement in the SF Bay Area) or other great place to try on multiple packs to see how they fit on you first. I like how the Nathan does not bounce on me, and 1.5L is PERFECT for a warm half marathon and there are multiple pockets for holding keys, gels, etc.

Marathon training
I use the Amphipod belt with the Velcro pouch & these bottles. On my long runs 15 to 25 miles it's nesseccary for me to use my belt. The bottles are only 8oz a piece so I carry 4. You have to be sure they snap back into their clip holster or they will pop off. I lost one once because I didn't hear it fall. No biggie.Over all, I like the Amphipod system. I hate carrying water/gatoraid in my hands when I run. I dont know why but it's a serious pet peeve of mine. So this belt keeps me hands free. It looks geeky but I don't care because I'm the one running 20 miles. And most importantly, this belt system does not rub my skin anywhere to the point of blistering unexpectedly on my waist. Which we all know happens very easily on long runs. And that is never a fun discovery in the shower afterwards.

Love the little sound it makes when it pops into ...
I tightened my belt to sit higher on my hips and attached holster to double-backed part of the elastic band to minimize the bounce. Love the little sound it makes when it pops into the holster. Don't love the slight plastic taste after my water gets warm, but this keeps my hands free and doesn't leak when clipped horizontally so it's worth figuring out the ice to water ratio.

Works with the Airflow Endurance pack
While Amphipod's own website says the SnapFlasks aren't compatible with their Airflow Endurance Pack Airflow Endurance Pack BLACK , I've been able to use them successfully.Like!- Attaches just fine to the belt straps of the Airflow Endurance Pack, but I have to attach them in front on my belly, though I would have preferred to attach them against my lumbar instead. You can also attach it so that the bottles face sideways, or upside-down, but I haven't noticed a need to use any other orientation than right-side up.- Secure. I have yet to knock these bottles out of their holders while running, but I am pretty good about not brushing my limbs against them. They seem to hold up fine with the regular bounce of running.- Minimal leaking. I previously used a Nathan Trail Mix belt Nathan Trail Mix Hydration Belt , and the included bottles tended to leak unless you really tightened them. I haven't experienced that with these bottles.- Tasteless. I just use water, and I haven't noticed a plastic-like taste, though this may change with extended use. The bottles on my Nathan Trail Mix definitely makes my water taste funny.- Bright, high-visibility color.Dislike!- Pricy. Combined with an Airflow Endurance Pack, the total can run you up to about $50.- No fun color choices.

Great flasks , work well with Amphipod Endurance running belt
Very nice pair of flasks with clever and secure mounting system, perfect volume for my use (half-marathon races). Pair well with the Amphipod Endurance running belt (although requires some fiddling in order to attach flask mounts to the belt first time). Sometimes I use only one flask on the belt, and it works quite well too. Flask plastic appears to be food-grade, so there is no funny smell of after-taste that I’ve noticed (I use them with water only). Easy to deploy/open/drink/close/reattach on the run (with some practice); easy to clean after. One may upgrade the basic lids (that the flasks come with) to the membrane/squizies type (also available on Amazon) to make it easier/faster to drink. Overall highly recommended!

Not as Advertised
The article in Amazon showed the bottles with the associated clips. Nowhere did it explain that the clips were not included, so I was unpleasantly surprised when only the bottles were delivered. Since I already have a belt with 6 ounce bottles and clips, the 8 ounce bottles are useless since they don't fit the six ounce clips. I ordered this product because it seemed to fit what I wanted specifically, and it did not.

These work...fairly well.
Kind of hard to snap the flasks in and out while still moving, but they are practical and fairly easy to use otherwise.

Convenient for both expert and beginners
These flasks have the perfect size. They mate the Amphipod RunLite Hydration Belt and keep the weight evenly distributed around your body. You can comfortably carry 4 of these to total 32oz of your favorite drinks for your long runs, even at the hottest conditions. You can access them with one hand thanks to their click-in system. Just make sure you hear the "click" when attaching them to your belt to avoid dropping them. Moreover, they have an extra wide mouth, totally leak-free, which makes easy putting some ice in and keeping clean. Good quality made. Very durable
