Annoying Announcement and copy of Instructions
I like the size of the sanitizer. A full size manual toothbrush will easily fit diagonally inside. It does come with instructions but you have to look for them INSIDE the sanitizer. A copy is attached for those who could not find or read them. Here's the instructions reprinted:Place the time in the box and close the lid. Press the COATING button to begin sterilization functionThe progress lights will indicate progress. Voice function provides and update of start and finish as well.To use Aromatherapy Diffuser, simply drop 3-5 drops of preferred aroma in the diffuse inlet inside the box. Press the INCENSE button to start aromatherapy function.The Progresslights will indicate progress. Voice function provides an update of start and finish as well.The Voice function is EXTREMELY Annoying due to the volume gain being at maximum. It is so loud I can NOT understand what is being said. Since there is no gain control I found screws under the "rubber" feet and will be removing same to access the speaker wires. I'll just cut one so peace and tranquility will descend on our humble abode again.

Great UV sanitizer
Great sanitizer purchased for cell phone. Also good for face masks, toothbrushes, car keys etc. purchased additional boxes as Christmas gifts for my friends. Timely for Covid-19 pandemic.

Amazing product. I bought 10 at the start of Covid & gave them away to family & friends. Everyone feels so much more protected with it. We use it for everything. Phones, keys, glasses, wallets, even credit cards. Love it!

Completely disappointed
I received this product, which was clearly used before and had a horrible perfume like odor/stench. The whole product was disgusting, and I had to throw it away. If I wasn't forced to give at least one star, I'd give zero stars. Amazon was good about refunding my money back.

Item Arrived in Cardboard Box
I had planned to give the two boxes I purchased as Christmas presents but there are no markings or instructions with them. How can one send an item like this in a cardboard box? Going to return due to lack of description and information.
