Great molds
Molds used to make “carrot” bottoms to hold chicken and egg salad at Easter, worked perfectly. No sticking, the dough slid right off and made for easy clean up

These are indeed metal cones
I used these to make a bunch of creme horns, a la The Great British Baking Show. They worked fine for that. However two points to note that could save you problems. These cones shipped with a blue plastic coating, which I did not notice at first and therefore baked plastic into my first batch of horns. The second point, is that because these are fairly unfinished pieces of industrially cut sheet metal rolled into cones, the edges of the cones _ARE_RAZOR_SHARP!_ So keep that in mind. While trying to remove the shriveled and baked plastic from the inside of the cones, I managed to cut my finger and bleed all over. Copiously. But otherwise, these are definitely cones.

For cheesy, gooey, delicious, saucy, fresh, hot and wonderful homemade pizza (or breakfast) cones.
I think these are the perfect size for pizza or breakfast cones. Larger ones are.....well, too large. They also can present difficulties in baking and presenting. These are easier and my guest can get more than one flavor. My picture shows pan-style pizza cones.They also work to make large 'capuchino' cakes.The outside plastic is easy enough to remove. For the inside, it is easy if you develop a system. I'm including a video of my system.
