I deal with all sorts of foot,heel, anckle issues some days I need a different thing to address the one issue next day I need to switch up I seen this with everything an some to benefit me and even a household something for everyone. This has a pair of 7 different ones an all great quality the price is outstanding cause you normally pay this price for one maybe two but you get 7 pairs all different.thise gel ones in this have a nice smell an this soothing stuff on it for your anckle and foot. They all have a discrimination on the information card that comes with it so you know what is for what Incase you don't know what some are for. This is great an I been using them daily. It's gave me the pain free and relief I'm looking for. I'm so glad I got these. I found that using different ones helped me relief allot of pain I didn't know would help if I had not got it in this set. My foot is fat a little bit I wear woman 7,boys 5,mens 6. If you have a skinny foot just put a thicker sock on an put the anckle sleeve on an you get the pressure compression you need. I double up in one way to Target two things at once.

I had so many issues with my feet that I pulled these out of the package right when I received them and put a pair on. It was relief I had not felt before. Since then I have used a few of the option and an so happy this package contains such a variety. It’s like having all your options laid out for you and not having to settle. I have found no cons with any of the pieces in this kit, it even came with a card to help you know which pair were best for what type of relief/how to use it. Would definitely recommend!

Tried arch support pads and gel wraps. Other items I tried on for fit but did not wear them yet. I wear size 8.5 women's shoes and the fit is great, much larger feet will likely have issues. The gel heel things are soothing and comfy but not to walk around. The arch supports are great for walking around however my arches are a bit sore....no heel pain though! UPDATE: I tried all of the products. The gel heel inserts work great, however, in a shoe with 2in heel they made me off balance. I use them in flats and sneakers now. Both heel sleeves fit rather snugly but I'm okay with that when I choose to use them. The heel grips for shoes behind the heel do not stay in place and do not make sense to me. Overall it's an unusual combination of products some of which are very good and practical. Other items in this are not useful.

This is a terrible product and should not even be on the market. The compression sleeve is so small, I’m not sure it would even fit a child. The rest of the stuff is thin and cheaply Made. The heel cups do not stay in place and cause more pain by moving around in the shoe. The translucent heel “gel” slip ons are a joke. They ripped AS I was putting them on. The arch support did not work and were flattened after my first walk. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. These are not even worth the $11.

This product comes with 7 different solutions. I have different shoes with different issues, and now I can comfortably wear those shoes now. So excited that I don't have to get rid of my shoes! I have size 6.5 feet and multiple foot surgeries on my left foot.1. The pair of compression foot sleeves were large for me, so I wore them together and they offer medium support on days when my foot does not hurt a lot. I use around the house with house shoes, or while wearing sneakers. Easy to clean.2. There are 2 cushioned arch supports that I wear all the time; around the house, at the gym. They helped break up the scar tissue in my left foot arch where my surgery was. Easy to clean.3. the planter fasciitis therapy heel wraps were too big for me to use.4. I love the silicon gel heel pads. I wore them for a weekend around the house and my skin is super soft. Easy to clean.5. The gel heel cushions went in my boots and made quite a difference in my foot pain while walking around a conference in boots all day.6. The fabric heel grips fixed an issue with my black pumps that I was having.7. The gel heel grips mean I can wear my favorite pair of pink heels that used to give me blisters and now I can wear them all day without getting blisters.I received a reduced price to leave an honest review of this product.
