The Beaches of Wales: The complete guide to every beach and cove around the Welsh coastline

This is an excellent book of beaches that I didn't know existed although I have lived in sunny Pembrokeshire for all of my life. Being a parent of 4 children, we regularly spend Saturday afternoons planning what beach to visit on the Sunday. Well done on the book and hope there is a follow up soon!!

This is such a lovely and useful book. The photos of beaches (all with blue skies - amazing) show just what the beach looks like and the information on how to get there, how easy or difficult it is, the facilities if any and much more are so helpful. I also now know the names of several small beaches that I previously had not known. I am glad I bought this and even bought one for my niece after realising how good it is. She loves it too as she often holidays around Wales.

Must have book for wales, covers most of the beaches. It was gold dust for us as newbies in snowdonia.Brilliant book.

This book has all the usual suspects BUT it also has a lot of the lesser known places too. Whilst it gives great descriptions of where to park and where to go to access each beach, it doesn't explain how far you'll have to walk or how steep the path might be. Other than that, this book is a must have guide for anyone exploring the beautiful Welsh coast.

We are planning our sixth visit to Wales in recent years. This beautiful book arrived yesterday. So pleased that we ordered it. We are visiting an area that is new to us so it is lovely to learn and plan. I'm confident that the information will be accurate as the descriptions of beaches that we know well elsewhere are spot on. Useful information about things that are crucial to us including accessibility, dog friendliness and local amenities. Photos are great too. Thank you Alistair.
