Work great for boba and smoothies. And they are very easy to clean (the come with a brush for cleaning). They have one end (for drinking from) that is slightly rounded inward to keep it comfortable to drink from, but that doesn’t make them more difficult to clean. The other end is slightly pointed (like the plastic boba straws you expect). So they can be used to pierce a plastic covering over a cup of bubble tea, but that does make it more difficult to slurp up the last bit of smoothie/drink.

This straw has folded metal at the top which stops any sharpness. It comes with 2 cleaning brushes, which was awesome because I can leave one with the straw at work and one at home.

my wife and i were tried of regular straw that made it hard to drink milkshakes with . but these are perfect. great quality good size not just for boba but our fav milkshakes as we use fresh strawberry and the chunks suck right through.

It's either these or the gross paper straws, lol.
