Please give me our refund or replace our products
This product damaged after 2 days . And I returned this product and selected replacement options. But now , this replacement rejected by Amazon. However Amazon did not give my refund 😬

Not good quality
The stitching is very poor.. I got a torn Product...very unsatisfied .... overall if you want to waste money then buy it

Could be better
The bag was good but the strength isn't the handle broke post 1 month of using the bag and the leather also came out. Good for rains as it is water proof.

You would love this but hate this too
I am in love with the bag...it looks classy and pretty...but i have a big problem with the straps, for people with more than average height like me ..they might have a problem as it sometimes get uncomfortable...and it's not for school purposes too ( saying it as a school going student)...otherwise,the size, colour , design, keychains... everything is PERFECT
