It is good for overnight use. However, the scale of severity mentioned on the pack as "Severe Incontinence" does not seem to beavailable. It would be better if this type of protective underwear is also available on Amazon website.

Good protection.

These are a unisex product. The back is just like the front which does not have to be problematic. Unfortunately, here there is a problem. These are enormously oversized. The space in the crotch is way too wide. The leg cutouts are equally large. When a manufacture sells a product that bares no resemblance to the accepted norm for a size they really are falsely advertising that product. Their size notations become meaningless. They look a little thin too. Even if these underpants were correctly sized I am not sure they would get the job done.. These are no bargain and there is no easy way to send them back; so I am stuck with them. I cannot advise against them enough !
