It works
This is NOT the replacement part for the AVR-1312 but as that remote is not in production anymore it's as close as you can get. I had to print a button conversion table and tape it to the remote. Oh well.

I can only use a few of the buttons with my receiver, the rest don't work with it.

Not what is advertised.
Ordered this remote for our specific receiver model, not only when it came in did it only turn the receiver on and off but not do any of the other functions other receiver, after we have been troubleshooting it for 2 weeks and contacting Denon did we find out they don't make the actual receiver remote anymore, so they falsely advertised this is the actual remote for the receiver when there is no actual remote.So I can't function the tuner and several other receiver functions... Very disappointed

Works as expected
One of the surround mode buttons has to be pressed a certain way to work but all in all this is a good solution if you need a remote for your Denon receiver.
