Relieves pain
I bought my magnet for back pain years ago but had it in my drawer. I found it recently and put it in my underwear using a back belt to hold it in place. ( but I also glued a piece of tough Velcro on it so it would adhere to my underwear) It really helps my back pain.I also bought one for my nephew and my sister said he wouldn’t let her borrow it because he loves it for his back pain.

This item is not magnetic like a different brand bought several years ago. Do not recommend at all.
