Ofc this is thin and is made of plastic, so, it doesn't have the feel of the real thing. Having said that, the top layer does have a decent amount of grit for the dry chalk to stick and stay.Sizing is a bit weird but you get what is promised.The GLUE is crazy! I made the unfortunate decision of pasting this on my teflon coated walls... When I tried to correct its placement by peeling it off just a little, it almost TOOK THE WHOLE WALL DOWN WITH IT. Ergo, if you're not an adult, seek permission before you stick this anywhere.

It is quite big... You can use it in parts...Good for kids to do practice of home work... Drawing.. dictation..

Once you use a chalk you have to wipe it clean with only a wet cloth coz it doesn’t go off easily. The adhesive is very poor. It keeps coming off.

It's nice and long. So i cut it into 3 pieces and put one on a door, another on the fridge and one on the cupboard.It was easy to install and you can remove and adjust or put it elsewhere without any problems.Bought it for my daughter to scribble and draw on but it's great even for me to write lists and things to do on it.

Best addition to my kid's play area. He loves drawing on it.

My biggest concern was being able to use chalk markers on this, and it works perfectly.I allowed the test markings to dry completely for an hour then wiped with wet washcloth and it came off entirely leaving a clean black background again like new.The adhesive is great too, the paper is thicker than typical wallpaper so it makes smoothing out bubbles easy.To get it on smoothly, make sure you have someone that can hold the roll taught while you push the unrolled portion sticky side to the wall, use a dry hand towel to push down and wipe across even, then have your helper pull the roll out another foot or so and repeat until the whole piece is up. Too easy.But you do need a helper. You need exactly three hands to put this up lol

I must begin by saying I cleaned the wall I planned to stick it on. I have to say it adhered really well and was even easy to peel off and stick back on when I had to fix a wrinkle.However, cleaning the chalk off not as easy. I will suggest using actual chalk and not chalkboard pens. I used both, and the chalkboard pens leave an almost permanent heavy residue. I cleaned with water and sponge and I can still see the writing. Chalk sticks, on the other hand, leave a cloudy residue that I feel may come off later.I suppose the question is whether you plan to use it for one use or multiple.With that said, it wasn't the best choice for me, as I planned on using for my kiddos, but Overall it's an okay product when using correctly.

I have an ironing board cupboard and it looks so cute on the door of the cupboard. Gives a little “pop” to my small kitchen. Kids write what we need at the store and I take a picture on my phone before grocery shopping ! Works great !

The product is very easy to put up. I like to use regular chalk. It wipes off very easily with a little spray cleaner. I write a new message on it every week.

I was skeptical at first, but I got this up on our pantry doors so my husband can keep track of the weekly menu and his lunches. I had very few bubbles, but I was able to smooth them out as I pulled the backing off in small increments. I has stayed up, wiped clean every time. I love it.
