Q: So where do I get the hat?

We do not currently have the cap in stock. Sorry.

Q: What fabric is this made of?

It is 100 % Polyester. It washes pretty good and gets clean very easy. It says mashine wash cold and trumble dry low, but I just throw it in the mashine with all other clothes and wash it warm and dry it normal. No problems yet and we have for a year.

Q: It says 18 months old size. Does it actually fit on a 18 mo old boy?

My son is 4 and it is a little big. My son is actually pretty tall and will be able to wear it, when he turns 5 next year. I wouldn't have bought it for my son with 18 months. That shirt is more likely for toddlers between 3 and 5. Right now he wears it like a jacket over a t-shirt.

Q: Is this a slip on shirt or does it open in the front with a zipper, velcro or buttons?

I purchased the "Road Crew" it had 3 Velcro's in the front.
