Easy to set up to the basement sink (didnt opt for under sink install) water measures out at 0TDS perfect for reef tank. I'm impressed with the speed of the unit I've had much slower rodi units and I was initially skeptical that the water would measure 0tds it does! Speed and great filtration what more can ya ask for?

Prepare for a lot of wasted water. Like a lot. I haven't measured it, but I'd guess 4-5 jugs of water are going down the drain as waste for every jug I'm capturing. Supposedly, if you warm up the input water, the waste will drop, but it's more of a pain than I was expecting. If you don't care about the planet though, it works great.

I use this for my 50 gallon reef tank. It produces water efficiently and effectively for my purposes... always tests at 0ppm. check out my results reeproject.ca on instagram

Got the unit mid November 2020 and have used around 45 gallons of filtered water for my Reef tank. Red algae started to appear on my live rocks. So I checked the TDS and it's at 6. How can this happen? It's only been less than a month(was 2 stars before)Seller agreed to reimburse cost to replace the membrane. Thanks for helping and the quick response.

So far so good, but it take 10.5 hours to fill 20 gallons and hopefully does it job
