They say you get what you pay for and cheap means cheap. This was delivered fast but felt cheap as soon as I opened the box. It fastened to my rack, okay but the stitching started to break apart on my first ride. I only had my Kryptonite U-Lock in it at the time. If you are looking for something cheap that can't seem to hold any weight, then go for it. Otherwise, spend a little more and only buy once.
