Went the cheap route on this item and it definitely showed. After plugging in the cable, the video became scrambled and didn't have a clear picture. I wouldn't waste your time with this product. Spend another 10 dollars and get a better quality. Saves you time and prevents a massive headache

Product works as advertised. After reading product descriptions I decided on this particular one because of other reviews and price. Best deal out there.

The inlets are color coded for easy set up. I bought this mainly for its WIfi capability.The WIFI was easy to use. I have Netgear wifi for my laptop and that is security enabled. I thought that would be tough to activate. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was easy to set up as the console is intuitive and easy, The box divides the tasks into two categories data management and tools. The internet gives lot of options such as new games and updates. Though I have not used you could test messages to your friends. I did use the netflix streaming. I thought it takes few days but it was ready in 1 min. You need the CD-rom from Netflix for this and you can not download the program a cumbersome task. You have to get a code from Netflix which takes few mins. The streaming is good quality. The Resort that is new and and gets complicated gizmo which is in teh box and I have not gotten the time to set it up.The only complaint that i have is some of the instruction are out of range at the TV and you can not change that even if you adjust the box size. hmm what the box size in Japan like?
