No complaints at all
Some of the reviews talked about the instructions being weak but that was not my finding. I’m a carpenter, not a mechanic, so I know my lack of wrenching experience comes with limitations. I studied the instructions very carefully and really got the gist of things before starting this install on my 2012 F250. I took my time (I didn’t install these lifts in a two hours – more like 5) and proceeded carefully. I did not have access to a lift so I had to use a floor jack to lift the rear axle first and then I set that on jack stands. Then I used the floor jack and a bottle jack to raise the frame as needed to allow the space to get these lifts in place. Friendly tip: Unless you are a skinny person with small hands, great flexibility and a long neck, just bite the bullet when you start and take off not only both wheels but remove the spare. I did not take the spare tire out of my way until I had struggled trying to bolt some of the hidden parts together by Braille. Once the spare was gone, I could actually get my head high enough to see what I was doing. So if you are rolling around on a creeper or crawling on the ground, the fewer restrictions the better. These work well for the job (I have a 5th wheel RV that was settling the rear of my truck too much) and strike me as being well made of heavy, durable material. One comparison review I read somewhere, was praising Firestone (the competitor) by implying that Firestones product might be better in terms of the bladders because Firestone has been in the rubber business for so very long. I suspect the Firestone product is good too but I grinned when I got these and found that the rubber parts are embossed with the Good Year logo.

Installtation is not exactly "easy" but do-able.
First off, I am not a professional mechanic/technician. I am 72 years old and would rate myself as an advanced automotive hobbyist with an above average retinue of tools including air impact wrenches and air ratchets.I might be able to hit the 3 hour install mark on the next install. But this one took 6-7 hours. A good portion of that was spent reading and re-reading the instructions. Not to say they are not well written, but this was an appliance with which I was unfamiliar. So I read the instructions numerous times to insure I got it right the first time. I also looked at several YouTube videos. For the record, the Air Lift video was the least helpful. Too brief/too quick paced.I had, what appears to be, a common, frustrating experience getting the nut on the driver's side upper bracket mounting bolt that goes through the original jounce bumper hole. The interference caused by the large wiring harness, the DEF tank bracket and the upper mounting bracket itself made it extremely difficult to reach the bolt and start the nut. It took me over 45 minutes! One reviewer characterized it as "impossible." Not quite, but close.I found the best jacking technique, for me, was to raise the entire vehicle substantially high and place jack stands under the trailer hitch frame. Remove the tires and the spare and then use a bottle jack under the differential to raise and lower the suspension, as necessary, during installation.I love the system, after installation. I have a 32ft travel trailer with about 1100 lbs of tongue weight. My 2015 F250 does not have the off-road package, so, even with the weight distribution bars, the tongue would still lower the rear of the truck beyond what I desired. This appliance fixes that. I'm happy. For the record, Firestone has the name, Air Lift has the game.

Works very well, but installation difficult.
Works very well, but installation on my Ford F250 Diesel with under bed 5th wheel rails was very difficult on the driver's side. You have to work around the urea tank, and the rails limit access to the outside of the frame. If you don't have a lift, you might as well remove both real wheels and the spare before you even start. However, the instructions were clear, and the parts seem to be high quality. The bottom line is that the extra stiffness on the rear with this springs, makes all the difference in the world towing my 13,000# 5th wheel.

All the parts are very heavy duty and it looks like it will last
Took a bit of time to install, but the manufacturer youtube installation video was very helpful. The box comes with all the hardware required for installation. All the parts are very heavy duty and it looks like it will last. The problem I was trying to solve is that my F250 has a very heavy tongue weight trailer and it was causing the back of the truck/front of the trailer to sag several inches past level. At 50 PSI the truck and trailer are level. This is about half of what the bags are rated for. It feels a lot better towing now, better steering response and the springs and shocks are back in the middle of their range, so it rides better too.

Received as planed, Instructions were clear, installation went well. just following the instruction booklet it took me 2 days of work installing those along with the quick shot compressor system (25690) on my F250.

Works great but install instructions suck
The Air Bags work great and put an end to the constant blazing of high beams at night when loaded down. The instructions show parts being installed out of order and near the end show each unit being installed assembled; as they must be. The drivers side was tricky to install until we discovered we had to remove everything, assemble it and install it in one piece, then the passenger side was easy to install.

Good fit
Took alot longer to install than advertised but had no issues and at the end of the day workes great. Got the tee fitti g so i can pump both bags at the same time. Took about 3 hours in garage to put the bags together and another 6 the next day for the install. Used a floor jack on rear hitch for the spacing required.

Second rate air bags. Been a constant issue.
I installed these bags for my customer. They have been leaking since day one. Customer returned and when we looked to return, the window was closed within 30 days. Who wants to spend $600 for and item that the seller does not stand behind. Now 8 months later I have to keep my customer happy so I have to replace his bags at my cost. BEWARE- BASICALLY NO RETURN.
