Please remake this raft with the durable material on both sides!!
I purchased this for an extremely active 65 pound Border Collie that has to be in the middle of everything the kids are doing. She cannot just lay on the raft, she has to attack every splash a kid makes in the pool. The top of the raft is very thick and held up extremely well to her constant jumping on and off, spinning in circles, pawing at the raft in excitement. However, the bottom of the raft is normal raft material and was easily popped the first time her claws touched it. The raft did last two seasons of serious use with ALOT of patches on the bottom (none on the top). We finally had to throw it away after the interior layers separated and the raft bubbled in the middle and my dog could no longer balance on it. This raft would be amazing if both sides were made with the thick material or for a dog that just wants to float around calmly. Unfortunately, the thin bottom material will NOT hold up to an active dog. Please remake this raft with the durable material on both sides!!

A Bit Wobbly
When I first received this, I saw a small pinhole and thought there was a hole in it. Upon closer inspection, I found that there actually is not a hole in the inflatable part, just in the thicker plastic layer over the inflatable part - the thicker more durable plastic is what I imagine makes it puncture-proof.This is a cute float, but a little bit on the unstable side. My 15-ish pound mini dachshund had an issue with it being somewhat wobbly when he tried to stand on it. Not a super big deal, but if your dog is around 15 pounds or more, you may want to go with the larger size. Or if you have a pup that is semi-nervous around water or likes to walk around on the float. Lying down he was fine on it.

On the lake for 5 days and no holes!
Our dog isnโt a huge fan of getting into the water so I wanted to get a float we could use during our lake visits. This dog raft/float was perfect! I purchased the large size and it worked out very well. I have a 35 lb Shiba Inu and he had quite enough room to stand, lay, and get comfy. So far, no holes and we used it 5 days in a row at the lake. Getting him on and off multiple times without any issue of puncturing the float was definitely worth the money. If youโre on the fence, Iโd definitely suggest buying it.

Please Read !
I ordered this product 3 times which I know may seem insane, but each time there was this small hole. So the first two times I just sent this item back and then after looking and looking for something better I couldn't find anything. I came back to this float and read a few more reviews that also found the small hole, but they inflated their float and it was fine! The hole is small and turns out it isn't a hole that reaches the inner liner. We recently had a party and not only did it withstand the dogs, but it also held up to the abuse of many children and adults! So glad that worked out!

Works for a small dog, stable enough to sit up and lay down
My 11-12 lb chihuahua does OK with this. He fits fine and he is higher out of the water than with his other float. It is smaller than the ring type, so a little less stable, but it does not tip, even sitting up or when he scoots to one side. There is an outer plastic layer (with small hole for drainage) that is textured, so he does not slip. It does have a hole to tie a string to.

My dog would probably give it 6 stars if she could speak english!
I'm not sure I can accurately review this, since I don't use it.But my little dog Lucy would give it five stars!I've never had a swimmer dog before, but once we introduced Lucy to our pool, she loves to run around the backyard and chase squirrels until she gets tired, then she waits by the door and runs in and jumps in the pool like a little kid. With this raft, she now pushes it over to the steps, and then jumps on it and takes a nap.The material is hard to puncture, which is good because my puppy likes to see if she can ruin every object she sees by biting it and trying to tear it lolGREAT RAFT!

Cute little doggy raft
Havenโt used it in the pool yet for my dog, but the quality of the product is good. Thick material to prevent claws from damage. It would be nice if there were other colour options.
