WHAT ARE YOU DOING OTTERBOX?
Don’t bother. Scratches the moment you take it out of the box. Needless to say the yellowing is also a major problem which isn’t acceptable for the money you’re paying.Instead buy the spigen ultrahybrid or liquid crystal which are half the price and do the same job if not better.Needless to say, the case will protect your phone from drops like all otterbox should.

Received a fake!!
Purchased on Amazon through Prime. Product arrived very quickly - within one day. Box says OtterBox Symmetry Series and the box itself seemed perfectly intact. However, the case inside does not resemble the photo at all. It has bulky, square corners and a “Tempered Glass” back which is already scratched. There’s no OtterBox logo on the case at all. It fits my iPhone XS Max but that’s about it - seems like I received a fake or something. Buyer beware!!

Pricey for a cheap hard plastic crap!
What’s going on otterbox? Are you selling gold 24k cases? For a price of almost $60, the quality and style of this case is unjustifiable. The case is too bulky and uncomfortable to hold. It’s hard plastic inside so I am not sure how my phone is going to be protected. The volume rocker and power button is not flushed so my finger are trying hard to find them. I will definitely not recommend this cheap hard plastic case. Otterbox is becoming complacent with their cases and unreasonable with their products. Bad product and bad pricing.

Loved this case until the part that goes over the buttons Warped and bulges out and it started turning brown on the outside ring around the phone and the back scraped super easy

Apparent cracks at the top of the case
Hi there,There are seemingly already cracks at the top of the case (looks like wear and tear). I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that but it’s almost as though it’s already been used? Otherwise the case is great but I’m mildly concerned with the cracking already at the top... I just go it today and I seriously doubt it’s supposed to be like that. I took a photo but it’s not easy to see. Not sure if this is normal/supposed to happen.Please advise how I should proceed.
