SwissGear7739 Hardside Luggage Trunk with Spinner Wheels, Black, Checked-Large 26-Inch

My daughter and I both own this carry-on that we bought from target about five years ago and my mom has always admired it so for Mother’s Day I bought her one from Amazon. It is the same exact one by the same exact company. It is the cutest thing and it holds up so well to all types of abuse it still looks exactly the same as it did five years ago. I would buy the whole set if I needed to have a full set of luggage, but I really go anywhere where I need a full suitcase. Definitely great quality very light very maneuverable and worth the money. The wheels work great and even though we have beat it up quite a bit it doesn’t show the abuse or any scratches.

Quality and is beautiful

Use it for carry on to travel and works for those weekend trips. Lots of space and fairly durable but I would still be careful because the plastic on outside can still bend or crack. Wheels are my fav part of this. Wish it had an outer compartment separate from the main compartment, but it is still great inside. Would buy again.

I’m so disappointed in the durability of this suitcase. It’s very attractive and distinct in person. I was pleased with it for my first 2 trips. After owning it only 4 months and on my third trip, the zipper for the expansion broke so now the suitcase flaps and bends awkwardly if it isn’t very full, as it cannot be zipped to be more compact. It’s nearly useless to me. I’m so shocked at the lack of quality of Swissgear!

My husband and I bought these Swiss Gear carry-ons in white about six years ago and have traveled everywhere with them. We get tons of complements on the vintage look of them. We're taking a 3 week trip overseas and needed the larger trunk. It seems really spacious and appears to be of great quality just like the carry-ons.

I ordered one size of the Swiss Gear luggage, but got a smaller size (even though the order went through with the size I'd specified. That's the only complaint I have about the order. The product itself is fantastic. The wheels spin and roll beautifully, the handle is easy to extend and lock into place at your preferred height.There's a small, zippered gusset built into where you open the luggage, and it expands the space very nicely. The gusset adds about an inch of extra depth, which adds several cubic inches of capacity without creating bulges on the exterior, such as outer zippered pockets do on some luggage. This also secures your items better, since external zipped pockets can easily be accessed.This Swiss Gear style of luggage is well-made, lighter weight than some luggage, and the rollers & handles work beautifully. The interiors have plenty of room and the luggage is easier to pack (my opinion) than the floppy, soft-sided designs in recent years. I'd like to see more interior pockets, etc,. but I'd still order this item again.I ended up returning the one I ordered due to the size confusion, and Amazon readily accepted the return. Then I ordered a two-piece set directly from the manufacturer, because I wanted the retro look of the one listed here. I love the set - I'd definitely order it again and would like more choices in sizes if ever available. The Swiss Gear quality is amazing, and I recommend it. Amazon has other colors and designs available, so if the retro "look" isn't important to you, don't hesitate to order a different type of set. I hope Amazon's vendors can expand the choices in this style - it's beautiful.

I took this case all over Greece and got so many compliments. Lots of room. The only down point is that is doesn't lock. I bought a separate luggage lock though and it worked Just fine.
