These also work in the opposite direction - in back of underwear - to help keep underwear from staining. Comfortable. A little costly for what it is.

I purchased these about a week or so ago. They are amazing. Since I put one on (on the third) I haven't had one leak. I'm cured. Never thought they would work like this, Greatful tho. lol.

I find these work well for me in that the tops have an absorption area that is 8 inches wide at the top. This has resulted in fewer leaks to the side than the pads I had been using. There is an adhesive area in the center of the pad that attaches it to your underwear. Another reviewer mentioned that the sides as the pad should also have some adhesive, but I find that they tend to lie flat and so aren't a problem.A problem, at least for me, is the 1/2 inch edging that holds the pad to its backing. I, like another reviewer, found this edging to be too rough against my skin. Having bought I pack of 10, I found that I could trim the edging back to an 1/8 inch or less along the 6 inches or so that run from the bottom of the pad to the wings. This makes the pads usable for me. My flow is light, however, so I don't know if those with heavier flow would find that cutting back the edging would result in seepage at these margins. Needless to say, though, as soon as I can find something that eliminates the tedious need to modify, I will buy those.Some thoughts for producers.1. TENA - You might just want to check the roughness of the edging on the skin facing side of these pads.2. All producers. Why don't any of you give the dimensions of your pads on the packages? It seems the only way to find out this information is to buy a package, and most of what on offer is for larger quantities, which you then find you can't use.3. All producers. Better yet, why don't you offer a assortment that for a given size would include 2 or 3 of each relevant product so that the customer can judge what will work for them. I know that some of you offer samples if we sign up on your website. And then wait for you to ship them and have to suffer the never ending marketing emails. Just let the customer buy a selection of the appropriate size and save both you and us the hassle at a time when things are already embarrassing enough.Thanks for listening
