This seasoning is great on almost everything
I purchased this seasoning to put on pork that I was smoking and grilling. But I have since used it on beef, chicken, pork and veggies. It is a definite must have for my grilling/smoking dishes.

Easily burns
The large chunks of seasoning are great but if you’re using any sort of flame or direct heat, it will burn. And not a good crust type burn.
