How to open your Wind Spinner: 1. Grasp the top of the wind spinner with your left hand. 2. With your right hand, place your thumb on the center piece, grab the first few rings around the center piece. (use your thumb as leverage) 3. With your right hand twist the center piece and first few rings open to about 60 - 90 degrees. 4. Both sides should open simultaneously to form a fist sized pocket that catches the wind. 5. Adjust inner and outer rings for even spacing and aesthetics, the rings should not exceed a 90 degree twist once removed from the packaging. You can also find the instructions on the package once you receive your order.
