Q: I wear a 9.5 And have wider foot, what size would I get, 9 or 10?

My son wears a size 12 in men's and he's growing so I bought a size 13 and it's 2 sizes to big

The upper sole (in contact with the foot) is memory foam and does have a clothe material covering it.

It has a soft plastic platform with rubber type pads in the areas that contact the ground.

Q: Is this product waterproof or water resistant?

The product is 100% man made materials. Rubber sole. Velcro closures. It is a sandal, so it is going to get wet and so is your foot if you get in the rain or water. I haven’t worn mine in the rain but have walked on wet grass with no problem. Sandal just dries out and works fine after getting wet.
