Q: Do they fade after several washings?

I never got that far. They are not contained ink. Meaning it spreads and made a mess of my project. I had to throw away what I used them on and sent them back.Also the colors are not nearly as dark or the same as the caps show.

Q: Will these work on leather amd not fade?

Q: I want to use these to "dye" silk embroidery ribbon. Will it work?

I would recommend to use something else for dyeing silk. I used it on cotton and linen. It disappeared about 50% from linen and 40% from cotton. I don't know how will it behave exposed to light. The colors not exactly attractive. If possible find Faber Castel fabric markers. They were so much better than these.

Q: Do these work on dark fabric? i have navy blue toms and i want to write on them with baby pink...will it show?

They are like markers. I doubt any color lighter than your material will work on them, We wrote on white so I don't know.
