This is great for kids or adults. I bought one for my son for reading at night in his top bunk and it is perfect. It sits well on a book without being in the way and the light is directed away from your face. It can also stand on its own nearby if you prefer. We previously tried a different kind of amber light that clips onto the bed and had a long flexible neck. With that light I found that my son was using it with the light shining on his face which I didn't feel comfortable withbut also the neck was not sturdy enough and kept flopping then the charging point broke so it was a complete write off within about 3 weeks. We had 2 and both suffered the same fate. This one is so much better and will be great for travelling too. I've bought another 2 now that it's passed our initial test, for myself and my daughter. I can't comment on battery life as my son charges it after using & the others have just arrived but I have no concerns either. Highly recommend.

I actually like the amber light, but the lowest setting is still mega bright, would be great if there were two more settings but other than that it’s great!

Light is too strong. It's good that you can switch the angle, but even at the lowest mode, it's much stronger than my cell phone screen for example. I also wish it would be possible to switch the light colour. A bit disappointed, as I'll need to find a work around to dim the light. Battery life is good though.

Very easy to charge, it is very light weight and clips easily on the book. The top with the light swivels from side to side and the whole light bends closer or further away from the page giving you complete control over coverage of the page. The color is amber and easy on the eyes at night, and there are three light levels. This really is a perfectly designed solution.

My wife likes to read while I am trying to sleep. She attaches this little light to her kindle and the problem is solved, I can sleep easily even with the light at it’s brightest setting.I tried two other types of book light, and this is easily the best, due to it’s clever design, and sleep friendly light colour.

Excellent product. Light is good for many hours without recharging. Clips comfortably onto books.

Not having very good eye sight I found this fiddly. I thought it would be a white light but it was not. Would be good for children I would think but quite right for me. The concept is good and it is mad well with a convenient charge USB.

I should have purchased one of these a long time ago. It's brilliant it clips easily onto my books so when I want to read in be I no longer desturb my other half with the bedside light. Perfect! Good value too.
