It doesn't come with adhesive!! You have to cut and staple to chair if you use it for chairs!!!

Q: What is the hour UV rating?

Have no idea but it worked well for us. Just replaced our cushions with it. Looks good!

Q: Is it clear enough to see through? Want to use it over a window but want to be able to see clearly through it.

no it is vinyl material for recovering boat seats etc
