Q: Is a lid, spatula, and ladle included with the wok?

All sold separately- I have the spatula and it’s a very nice handmade item- heat blued to match the wok.

It’s model is IPM, which is international premium master.

Q: on the 36mm with helper the handles are iron too correct? im just wondering because do you have to oil them or anything to prevent rust

Usually the handles will not get rusted, because you do not wash the handle often. Iron will only get rusted when it is with water for some time.

Q: Can I boil water in this wok?

The seasoning on this wok is very difficult to maintain. We have yet to find a way to reseason it to maintain its non stick properties. Boiling anything or cooking on low heat will remove seasoning. As far as I can tell, the wok works best on a very high power gas burner that you can find in asia and in some authentic asian restaurants, but cannot find in US homes. I am talking about 100000+ BTU burner. Think flame thrower. A typical kitchen gas burner in the US is 5000-10000 BTU, and you can forget about electric. At low heat the wok is not effective and you will have to scrub food off with all the seasoning after cooking and you will be unable to reapply a protective seasoning layer. Basically it looks great but not practical in a US kitchen. You are better off getting a SS clad copper pot that cooks American food at low heat.
