Great customer service
Edit: I have since contacted customer support which was really nice and fast. I have gotten a full replacement and am absolutely pleased, there isn't any other wallet like this out in the market currently.I would've loved to give this a 5 star but the inner rubber part that holds the cards in the holder came broken as you can see in the photo. It makes sliding the cards out impossible and I have to use a tweezer to pull them out (I only put 5 cards in). I also uploaded an image of the non broken side.

Great wallet!
Great for about 12 cards. 6 in the popup, slots for others you don't use often. Real cash holder, a lot of wallets don"t have this, want you to fold your bills to put in wallet. This one holds ample cash and cards for all your purchasing needs in a 1" thick trifold, magnetic closure, holds 12 cards plus cash. Good looking leather too!

Larger and heavier than I thought it would be. Functions well with plenty of space for cards, just not the slim model that I had hoped for.
