Doesn't seem to work
I did NOT receive a discount in exchange for my honest review.I was really hopeful this would help my daughter who struggles with snacking and overeating. We've mixed this in her morning smoothie everyday for about week. I saw no change in her appetite.

Gets rid of cravings
My 5 year old absolutely REFUSES to drink this. I had hoped that maybe she'd give it a shot but it just isn't going to happen. No way no how am I getting this down her. Maybe if it were taken in a difference form she'd be more likely to take it.Instead, I will be drinking it and I hope that she'll eventually warm up. I've noticed that I have a less cravings than I did before when I drink it. I'm a huge snack and sugar addict (when I let myself) and this definitely helped with the cravings. It's hard to turn off that crap food addition that yells in your mind all the time so whatever you can do to help it is wonderful!I received it at a discount in exchange for leaving an honest review.
