Excellent customer service. Great product
Ordered 12 placemats (2 boxes of 6) just before Christmas. I liked these as they are straight sided and a decent size. They arrived promptly and well packaged. However, three were damaged. I contacted the company directly and three were despatched which I received the following day. Very happy customer

Arrived intact despite box being clearly dropped
These are really lovely and a good size. Matching coasters are beautiful, too! I was also pleasantly surprised they survived DPD delivery as the box arrived half ripped open and crushed on one side but thankfully the bubble wrap absorbed the impact!

Perfect Seller
Very happy with the item. however one was unfortunatley damaged in shipping. I contacted them and they were very quick to respond and immediatley dispatched a replacement. A Great Product
After much research I settled on these mats as they have the flush smooth edges. I have others with the rough edges but these are so much better and safer. My hands are not scratched or sliced when cleaning. The quality is amazing, they are so thick, I love them. They look great on my dressed dining table. Would highly recommend.
