Q: Can this be used on carpeting?

I only used it outdoors and it didn't work. My dog rolled around on the areas I sprayed.. To me, it was a waste of money.

Q: Does it work before the dogs urinates. Like a pretreatment

Everything I have tried including this product doesn't work as a deterrent. All of my dogs are chihuahuas & it doesn't stop two of them from bein repeat offenders. They are 8 years old.

Q: Can you spray on or near plants?

I only needed to spray a corner floor area next to the dryer and litter box. Sorry I can't answer about plants.

Q: Safe to use on counters and tables?
