Exceptionally well done!!!
Man it never fails, as soon as the brother gets out of one trick bag he gets pulled into another!! I love me some Ali, a smart, self-confident intellectual Muslim man, who loves his mom, people and GOD!!! Moving to part 2. Loved it!!!

This book was lit. A true page turner. My only complaint was the editing of this book, there were misspelled words, mistyped and grammatical errors. This takes away from the book and slows down the reader. LPD keep putting the pen to paper. Anxiously awaiting on part 2.

👎👎
I really tried to like this book. I have read your other books before and they were🔥. I don't know what happened with this one, but it was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. There was no clear direction! You didn't build up the storyline or the characters! I liked where you were going with Ali and even his brother but there was just no follow through. Too many errors words where they shouldn't be, misspelled words, or words left out! Oh, and every women that's described as beautiful or exotic doesn't have to be light skinned , have straight or long hair, or have to be mixed with something in order to be BEAUTIFUL!! You do Black women all over the world a disservice. Your BLACK sisters are BEAUTIFUL!! STOP perpetuating the stereotype! We are beautiful and you should appreciate it! I had to go in on you a lil bit. Sorry! (not sorry). In book 3 Please build up your characters and their storylines! Stop jumping around! PLEASE!

Editing
The book could have used a great editor to fix the grammar, storyline inconsistency, and spelling. I wanted to support an urban fiction author but this needs a lot of work.

So many typos
The book had hope and I do like this author and his writing style somewhat. My main issue is all of the beautiful women are described as being white and/or mixed with long hair and light eyes and most of the brown and dark skinned women are described negatively. This is throughout many of his books and will be the main reason I soon stop reading his books. Factor in the many typos and this made the book not as enjoyable as I hoped.

It was okay
Too many characters at times too keep up. No real build up before story just jumped around. Story was really told before even getting into it
