Put this little fry warmer to in May 25 of 2022 it was doing an awesome job. However we keep noticing dark black specs in warming tray. After using just over a month the infrared heat strip was bending out. Appears to be melting.Luckily we noticed it and unplugged the heat lamp before a fire started or it broke and hit someone's arm or hand.Dangerous and I can't return it or get money back.

It was a lifesaver and I super recommend it. I don’t usually give feedback here, however it was extremely helpful in the middle of the Texas winter.

Might want to put an adjustable temperature switch on this warmer? I could be wrong!

We’ve had the warmer for just under 3 months and the part that keeps the fries warm stopped working. Apparently there is no warranty so we’re stuck with a product that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

Needed it bigger couldn’t get it in time

It did not last very long in my business. About 2 1/2 months had to replace it
