The M240 Machine Gun: From the 1918 to the 1918A3-SLR

Why is this even a thing?? I should have read into the description a little more, but this is AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR A SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE GUN.... That costs 10 bucks. If you want to know more about the M240 machine gun, look it up on wikipedia. You'll get more information.BUT: If you're thinking of buying the semi-automatic M240, get the book. It's a warm explanation of it's development and operation/ maintenance that's easy to read.It's not a history book, and I daresay the title is misleading. This was in with an order of firearm mechanical engineering books, which I thought would be a cool addition. It's not. This is not a book shelf book. It would be a superb instruction manual to go with the product it advertises.By the way, it does not cost upwards of $70,000 to pursue machine gun ownership, and I mean heavy machine guns as well. Legally. If you want an inexpensive way to shoot an M240 semi-automatic, ask Ruger to make one out of a 1022.
