I was getting to a point where I needed a cup of death wish coffee every 2 hours to make it through a work day. I’d fall asleep just about any chance I’d get to doze off. I knew I was having energy issues. Watched a Dr. Berg video on it and said sea salt perked up a person that was having energy issues like myself so I got these because I wanted something as close to pure and reputable as I could. And let me tell you I can take one of these tablets in the morning with a meal and I have no need for coffee or anything else through the day. No more naps. No more energy crashes. It’s insane! I highly recommend these!

Fancy salt supplements are expensive! I take 2 pills, 900mg every morning with my workout. I also dissolve in my water bladder for races. Allows you to calculate your needs easily and not spend a fortune on "sports hydration" supplements....lol. If you eat clean, you are likely not getting enough salt (2800mg daily avg sitting on the couch). Quality, and inexpensive. I will continue to buy more.

Salt is a good product to take when you sweat a lot. This is a good product to use.
