Helmet looks awesome. Sturdy structure but LED burned out on both helmets. Lit up and failed shortly after. Wiring connections are too fragile. Still worth the purchase overall. Just be prepared to light it up one or twice and be ok when lighting connection breaks

Does anyone know how to find on because the helmet is nice but I would love to light it but other than that to many complaints on here for the price tag… just get the black series

My son was excited to use this to go trick or treating. When we received it, he turned it on and used it in the house for a couple of hours. Today is Halloween, we put in new batteries and he was just getting ready to go through the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the lighting element has stopped working completely. When turned 'on' , the green lights no longer illuminates, the red light on the battery casing turns on - but begins to flash after a time and cannot be turned off without the removal of the batteries. More concerning is the faint burning smell and wisps of smoke emanating from the battery enclosure. For $65, this is a total bust.

We bought this for our son's birthday to be used for Halloween and it looked great at first but stopped working within hours. We contacted the company and after them offering me a 10% discount on another one we demanded a replacement. They sent a replacement and we kept it in the box until Halloween. On Halloween we put it on and the second one stopped working within 30 minutes. Tried to get a refund and the seller said they did not offer refunds!! Do not buy this product

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 7 year old grandson. It worked great for a week then the wire broke. I contacted the seller who sent me a free replacement: was not the same helmet as I originally ordered and that one stopped working after 5 minutes!! I tried changing the batteries, etc but still did not work. For the price I paid for this helmet, I expected much better quality. Will not order form this company again.

The shipping took longer than expected yet it was worth the wait! My son will love it. Lights work and it didn’t have a plastic smell. It is a hard helmet yet lightweight. Customer service was great, refunded my shipping cost too! Thank you!
