Boy oh boy is this thing wonderous. My spouse and I often wake up with some back pain, so I got this as a Christmas gift for him. In the first couple days of using it, we’ve felt more relaxed and less pained. It’s incredibly sturdy and cracks your back like a pro! Soon, gone will be the days of sore muscles and rough knots.

My yoga practice feels so drab without this thing! I have horrible flexibility in my lower body and the wheel helps me do more variations of stretches to help with that. It's very sturdy and the color is beautiful. I make plenty of time during my morning routine to practice with it. Mine didn't come with an instructor pamphlet, but there are hundreds of poses to copy from Pinterest that range from simple to advanced. It is well worth money. The black part of the wheel is already starting to fray however, even after using it just one day. I can see having to replace it within the year if I continue to use it every day, but I will be getting wonderful use out of it.

Works perfect and easy to use. Although I wish it had a small well for the spine but other than that super sturdy and works well. Pad is a little thin but for my limited use case, it was perfect.

Love this yoga wheel. I just have to have pink purple or teal everything so this worked out perfect for me. The instruction panflet came with this good exercises that actually make me sore and stretch my body out great. This product cracks my back and feels wonderful. I just wish it was a little wider but overall reall happy with it.

I work a desk job and sit or stand at my computer for long hours. I have bad posture and my upper back feels very stiff most days. I bought this wheel to get relief and it works! My upper back cracker a little with the first use and much more with every subsequent use. My back was a little sore the day after first use but I attribute that to starting a new routine, just like when you do a new workout.I can see me using this for years to come. It is sturdy and asethetically attractive as well.

Firstly, this thing is very sturdy. With it being plastic I thought for sure I would be too heavy for it, at 215 pounds. It didn't even bend. So I am very impressed by how strong it is. With that said, it needs more padding. It could just be how my body is built but it caused pain in between my shoulder blades because the edges of the wheel are exposed plastic. Maybe for someone with less broad shoulders it would be okay, but for me it was too much. Did great at cracking my upper back and opened my chest, I felt 5 inches taller when got up. The only down side is the padding/and or width of it. Maybe I'll look into different sizes of them.

I bought this to help me improve flexibility and get a good crack out of my back. The first time I used this my back was so tight that it was a very painful experience. Now that I’ve had it for a week, I can actually see and feel the difference. I’m in significantly less pain through the day and my range of motion is improved. The firmness of the wheel is still a painful, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. My muscles are just wrecked from sitting at a computer all day.

Just about perfect for my 62 inch frame. 10 inch wheel probably would have fit me a bit better for learning to press up into a back end. This 12 inch wheel is sturdy for rolling my mid and upper back. Relieves that feeling of pressure along the spine.

This is my first purchase for anything of this sort. It’s very amazing and durable, clean, well made and very helpful for someone with chronic lower back pain. When I use this I feel like the tension is released from each vertebrae! It says it to run smoothly between shoulders but I am just over 5’3” and about 140lbs and it’s a little bit too wide to go straight through but it still goes up with no pain or discomfort (this could be normal but I’m new)
