Facelift is not considered their best, but the riffs on this album are legendary. From Man In The Box, to It Aint Like That. This book is great if you're tired of looking up below average tab by people who think they know what they're doing.Very easy to read and understand.

Good tab book and accurate!
This book is great! I just got back to playing guitar after years break and this totally got me back into it! I have to say that this is very accurate unlike some guitar tab books you get! I have had a great time learning the songs! I don't know much about music theory to be honest being more a 'feel' guitarist but this is easy enough to follow if you have experience playing guitar (I've played years off and on) and there is a tab guide in the back. Please bare in mind that to get the timings I listen to the songs on the album and I reccomend you do this too. Learning the songs in this Book has inspired me to write my own songs and I am totally back into playing guitar now. So if you like this album, Alice in Chains and grunge I'd totally recommend this book!

Get your facelift...smile!
As a long time fan it has been fun tweaking out these guitar parts...interestingly enough...I don't particularly like drop d tuning or playing out of Nashville tuning period...but these recordings were synthetically dropped in pitch which didnt sound as grungy like the music of this time period required originally...so it's fun to stretch out my playing style. The original recordings available as bootlegs show the band playing much higher in pitch but that made them sound ok. Like the sound of this grunge classic...awesome!

The great album and for any guitarist whose a fan
Accurate, even if you can learn the songs by ear there are little things that the book has that you might miss
