I use this in my 20mm 2.5" head for my machine and it does just fine cutting at 150w.It actually had a smaller spot size than the factory original. cleans easily (if done regularly)However, the focus point may not actually be exactly 2.5". I kept checking line width with an engraving test till I got the height just right and I use that as my set point for engraving and about 1mm lower (1/32" for you imperials out there) for cutting thicker materials.I regularly slice 6mm ply and MDF with no issues at about 125w.
